Refund policy

1. Overview At Nuodity, we are committed to providing a clear and transparent return and refund process. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition with no signs of wear
- Include all original packaging, tags, and labels
- Include all accessories and promotional items
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items returned without prior authorization
4. Return Authorization All returns must be approved prior to shipment. To request a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
5. Return Shipping Costs Returns are free for customers. We cover the return shipping cost to the designated U.S. return address. You do not need to pay for return shipping.

7. Important Notice The U.S. address listed above is designated for customer support, communication, and returns.
It is not a warehouse or fulfillment center. All order fulfillment and shipping originate from our factory in China.
Please only send returns to the approved U.S. return address provided in your authorization.
8. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after inspection
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review and provide a suitable resolution (refund or replacement).
10. Exchange Policy We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
